Q: The style I’m looking for isn’t available online. What can I do?

A: All current Nobody Denim styles are available through our online store. If you’re searching for a discontinued style, we recommend contacting your local stockist or visiting one of our annual warehouse sales.

Q: Do I wear the same size in all jean styles?

A: We recommend selecting your usual Nobody Denim size. Variations in fabric composition and fit are accounted for during development, however fit notes are provided on each product page.

Q: Are Nobody Denim garments vegan?

A: Our cotton apparel is vegan-friendly. Most denim garments feature a leather back patch and are therefore not classified as vegan.

Q: What is the best way to wash my jeans?

A: Turn your jeans inside out before washing. Cold wash with mild detergent and hang to dry in the shade. Avoid chlorine bleach and tumble drying.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Q: My size is sold out online. What can I do?

A: Register your email on the product page to receive a restock notification. Alternatively, contact a retail stockist to check in-store availability.

Q: I’m having trouble completing my online order.

A: Please refresh your browser or try a different device. If issues persist, contact online@nobody.com.au for assistance.

Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?

A: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day.

Q: How do I return an online purchase?

A: Please contact online@nobody.com.au to obtain return authorisation. For full details, refer to our Shipping & Returns policy.

STORES & STOCKISTS

Q: Where can I find Nobody Denim?

A: Nobody Denim is available online and through selected retailers. Use our store locator to find your nearest stockist.

CREDIT NOTES & GIFT CARDS

Q: How long are credit notes and gift cards valid?

A: All credit notes and gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Q: Can I use in-store credit online or online gift cards in-store?

A: In-store credit notes and gift cards are redeemable in retail stores only. Online gift cards are redeemable exclusively via our website.

FAULTY GARMENTS

Q: Who do I contact regarding a faulty garment?

A: For online purchases, contact online@nobody.com.au. For in-store purchases, please return the garment to the original place of purchase with proof of purchase for assessment.

Garments are assessed by our quality control team. Assessment may take up to 14 days. Faulty claims are accepted within 12 months of purchase.

Please ensure garments are washed before return. Due to OH&S requirements, unwashed garments cannot be assessed.

Q: Where are Nobody Denim products manufactured?

A: Nobody Denim garments are designed in Australia and responsibly manufactured in our fully owned facility in Cambodia.

Q: Where do you source your fabrics?

A: We source premium denim fabrics from specialist mills in Japan and Europe, alongside selected global partners for apparel fabrics, chosen for quality and performance.
