RETURNS

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

If you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind you can submit your return through our online return’s portal HERE.

Enter your email address and order number to find your order and then follow the steps online to request your return. Once your return has been created, you will receive an email detailing how to send your item/s back to us, and our Australian returns address.

RETURNS POLICY

We will happily offer a refund provided the item(s) is:
• In original condition.
• All tags are intact.
• The items have not been worn or washed, altered, soiled, or tampered with in any way.
• Returned to Nobody Denim within 30 working days of receipt.

Nobody Denim is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. We recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number.  Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Please note customs duties and foreign taxes will not be refunded by Nobody Denim. Please contact your local customs office for further assistance or to claim a refund. In the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to Nobody Denim.

You are welcome to return for an e-Boutique credit, exchange, or refund.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale are welcome to be returned for an e-Boutique credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items unless deemed faulty. e-Boutique credit is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

ITEMS PURCHASED USING A DISCOUNT CODE

Full priced items purchased during a promotional sale using a promotional coupon code or discount applied at checkout (for example Boxing Day Sale, VOSN or other site-wide promotion) are eligible for a refund, e-Boutique credit, or exchange. Sale items purchased during a promotional sale using a promotional coupon code or discount applied at checkout will fall under our sale items policy and are only eligible for a. e-Boutique credit or exchange unless deemed faulty.

OUTLET SALE/FINAL SALE 

Strictly no returns for any outlet items/final sale items unless the item has been deemed faulty.

GIFT CARD/E-BOUTIQUE CREDITS

Gift cards/ e-Boutique credits are non-refundable.

All online orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday to Friday, will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Orders placed outside of this time frame or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following working day.

All orders being shipped within Australia will be shipped with StarTrack. 
All orders require a signature on delivery. Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery. Please note that currently some delays may occur. 

International orders will be shipped with DHL.
Shipping does not include duties or taxes imposed in the country of destination. Please note, customs duties and foreign taxes may be payable before your order is cleared by customs.
Nobody Denim will not be held responsible for any charges incurred, nor can we provide an estimate of these costs.

Subscribe to Database

By signing up to our database you agree to give Nobody Denim your personal information and we agree to use it in accordance with our privacy policy below. 
From time to time, Nobody Denim offers a discount to visitors who subscribe to the newsletter database. This discount code is only valid on full price merchandise and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

From time to time Nobody Denim will run competitions for product or gift vouchers. To enter, entrants must sign up to the Nobody Denim database during the promotional period. The winning entrant will be chosen at random by the Nobody Denim head office team. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia only, except Nobody Denim employees, their immediate families, associated companies and agencies. Winners are chosen at random and will be notified by email. 

Privacy Policy

For your security, orders from our site are encrypted with SSL technology. Once you place an order with Nobody Denim, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order number and shipping address. Any personal details Nobody Denim receives from you as a result of an inquiry or order will be kept secure and will not be shared with anyone. We do not retain credit card details.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown in Australian dollars (AUD) include GST (Goods and services tax).
Nobody Denim's prices are subject to change without notice; please note that you will only be charged the price at which the item(s) was at the time of purchase.
Nobody Denim will not offer refunds for items that are of lesser value once received by the customer.

When purchasing from Nobody Denim your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128- bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
