SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA
All orders being shipped within Australia will be shipped with Australia Post.
All orders require a signature on delivery. Please check current delivery times via the Australia Post website.
We charge a flat rate of $10 per order under $149 for regular shipping.
Express shipping may be selected and will apply a $15.00 fee at checkout.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150.
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are shipped with Australia Post International.
All international orders will incur the below shipping fees.
$15.00 to New Zealand
$30.00 to the rest of the world
Shipping does not include local customs duties and taxes.
Customs duties and foreign taxes may be payable before your order is cleared by customs.
Nobody Denim will not be held responsible for any charges incurred, nor can we provide an estimate of these costs.
For more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region, please contact your local customs office.
In the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to Nobody Denim.
Returns
How to Submit a Return
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can start your return through our online portal here.
Enter your order number and email address to find your order and follow the steps online. Once submitted, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item(s) back, including our returns address.
Domestic (Australia) Customers
- Free exchanges on all full-priced and sale items
- Returns for refund incur a flat $12.50 shipping fee (deducted from your refund)
- Returns for store credit are free and valid for three (3) years
- All returns and exchanges are processed once your parcel is marked in transit by Australia Post
International Customers
- You may submit a return via our portal, but a return label will not be provided
- Return shipping and any reverse duties are the customer’s responsibility
- Please use a trackable delivery method and retain your tracking number
- Nobody Denim is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit
Note: Our returns portal does not accept orders placed on our New Zealand website. If you purchased via the NZ store, please email customercare@nobodydenim.com for assistance.
Returns Policy
We gladly accept returns provided the item(s) are:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free from damage or signs of wear
- Returned within 30 working days of receipt
Full-Priced Items
You may return full-priced items for a refund, e-Boutique credit, or exchange.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for an e-Boutique credit or exchange only. No refunds unless deemed faulty.
Items Purchased Using a Discount Code
Full-priced items purchased with a promotional discount code are eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. Sale items purchased with a discount code fall under the sale items policy (credit or exchange only).
Outlet Sale / Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale or purchased from Outlet are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Gift Cards & Credits
Gift cards and e-Boutique credits are non-refundable. Credits are valid for three (3) years from date of issue.
