SHIPPING

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING: Order before December 14th, for standard orders shipping within Australia (incl. WA and NT)

All online orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday to Friday, will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Orders placed outside of this time frame or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following working day. Online tracking information will be provided for all orders, once shipment has been confirmed.

Please note that during sales periods or online events we will endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, however due to the increase number of orders dispatch may be delayed.

SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

All orders being shipped within Australia will be shipped with Australia Post. 

All orders require a signature on delivery. Please check current delivery times via the Australia Post website.

We charge a flat rate of $10 per order under $149 for regular shipping. 
Express shipping may be selected and will apply a $15.00 fee at checkout. 
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150. 


SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are shipped with DHL Logistics. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery due to current COVID-19 disruptions.

All international orders will incur the below shipping fees.

$15.00 to New Zealand

$30.00 to the rest of the world


Shipping does not include local customs duties and taxes.
Customs duties and foreign taxes may be payable before your order is cleared by customs.

Nobody Denim will not be held responsible for any charges incurred, nor can we provide an estimate of these costs.

For more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region, please contact your local customs office.

In the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to Nobody Denim.

RETURNS

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

If you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind you can submit your return through our online return’s portal HERE.


Enter your email address and order number to find your order and then follow the steps online to request your return. Once your return has been created, you will receive an email detailing how to send your item/s back to us, and our Australian returns address.

 

All returns booked through our returns portal will be charged a handling fee to cover the cost of postage back to our warehouse. This fee will either be deducted from your refund/credit or charged at submission for exchanges. The exact cost of this fee varies depending on your location but will be no more than $12.

 

International orders purchased through our Australian site may submit a return request through our returns portal but will not be provided with a return shipping label. We highly recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number.  Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Nobody Denim is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit.

 

Please note that our returns portal does not accept orders from our New Zealand website. If you would like to return an item purchased from our NZ site, please email customercare@nobodydenim.com and our team will provide further instructions.

 

RETURNS POLICY


We will happily offer a refund provided the item(s) is:
• In original condition.
• All tags are intact.
• The items have not been worn or washed, altered, soiled, or tampered with in any way.
• Returned to Nobody Denim within 30 working days of receipt.


Please note customs duties and foreign taxes will not be refunded by Nobody Denim. Please contact your local customs office for further assistance or to claim a refund. In the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to Nobody Denim. 

FULL PRICED ITEMS

You are welcome to return for an e-Boutique credit, exchange, or refund.

 

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale are welcome to be returned for an e-Boutique credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items unless deemed faulty. e-Boutique credit is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

 

ITEMS PURCHASED USING A DISCOUNT CODE

Full priced items purchased during a promotional sale using a promotional coupon code or discount applied at checkout (for example Boxing Day Sale, VOSN or other site-wide promotion) are eligible for a refund, e-Boutique credit, or exchange. Sale items purchased during a promotional sale using a promotional coupon code or discount applied at checkout will fall under our sale items policy and are only eligible for a. e-Boutique credit or exchange unless deemed faulty.

 

OUTLET SALE/FINAL SALE 

Strictly no returns for any outlet items/final sale items unless the item has been deemed faulty.

 

GIFT CARD/E-BOUTIQUE CREDITS

Gift cards/ e-Boutique credits are non-refundable.
