SHIPPING

Due to COVID-19 disruptions, our courier partners are currently experiencing delays. Please allow up to 10 additional business days to receive your order, including Express Post services. For more information on delivery times specific to your state, please visit Australia Post's website here.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your support and patience.

Please note that during sales periods or online events we will endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, however due to the increase number of orders dispatch may be delayed.

All online orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday to Friday, will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed outside of this time frame or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following working day.

Online tracking information will be provided for all orders, once shipment has been confirmed.

SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

All orders being shipped within Australia will be shipped with Australia Post. 

All orders require a signature on delivery. Please check current delivery times via the Australia Post website.

We charge a flat rate of $10 per order under $149 for regular shipping. 
Express shipping may be selected and will apply a $15.00 fee at checkout. 
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150. 


SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are shipped with DHL Logistics. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery due to current COVID-19 disruptions.


All orders under $150.00 will incur the below shipping fees.

$15.00 to New Zealand

$30.00 to the rest of the world

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.00


Shipping does not include local customs duties and taxes.
Customs duties and foreign taxes may be payable before your order is cleared by customs.

Nobody Denim will not be held responsible for any charges incurred, nor can we provide an estimate of these costs.

For more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region, please contact your local customs office.

In the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to Nobody Denim.

RETURNS

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

All returns must be authorised by Nobody Denim prior to being returned. Please contact us customercare@nobodydenim.com to gain a RA (return authorisation) number and download your Returns Form here to be included in your return.

We will happily offer an exchange, e-Boutique credit or refund provided the item(s) is;

  • In it's original condition
  • All tags are intact and attached
  • Are¬†not purchased inclusive of sale events such as site-wide promotions or have been marked down for final sale
  • The item/s have not been worn or washed, altered, soiled or tampered with in any way
  • Returned to Nobody Denim within 30 days of receipt
  • Item(s) that are worn, altered, washed, soiled or tampered with in anyway will void exchange policy

International orders may be returned for a refund, e-Boutique credit, or exchange. 

Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or paid by Nobody Denim. We recommend keeping your return tracking number as Nobody Denim is not liable for returned goods becoming lost in transit.

Please note customs duties and foreign taxes will not be refunded by Nobody Denim. Please contact your local customs office for further assistance or to claim a refund. In the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to Nobody Denim.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. 

SALE ITEMS

Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a promotional coupon code or discount applied at checkout (for example Boxing Day Sale, VOSN or other site-wide promotion) are eligible for an e-Boutique credit or exchange, and are non-refundable. Note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. e-Boutique credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty.
