MEET YOUR MAKER

MEET YOUR MAKER

.Firstly, prior to concept, our team sit down with the fabric mills to selects the fabrics based on a certain crieteria. Wash panels are then created for shrinkage and shading to see the potential of the fabric. Our team then makes samples and use these panels to match and develop the washes.

.Then our design team work together to evaluate trends and usage of the fabric to forecast a collection. Once putting together their vision our team then allocated to specific styles.

.Whan a production marker is ready, the design team digitally transfers this over to our automated cutting machine. We program it in and load up the fabric to be cut. The accuracy of this machine ensures precision and minimal waste.

.Once the fabric has been cut, we are then ready to assemble the garments. The fronts and backs of the garments are assembled in their own production lines.

.After the backs and fronts come together they are organised by size and assembled. The button holes and belt loops are added onto the garment and turning inside out for the laundry.

.When our garment reaches the laundry, it goes through the brushing area, washing, drying and then int the dremelling side. It is then pressed and is returned to the factory.

.At the factory the garments are inspected and at this point has probably passed through around 60-70 people.

.To finish off the garment it goes through the finishing line for the final touches and is then packed, ready for the warehouse to dispatch.
